This bright and friendly holiday apartment is furnished in traditional Tyrolean country-style and equipped with carpeted floors and a lot of wood. The apartment features a living room with a double bed, a small kitchenette and a dining area with a corner seating  unit. Additional features are a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony.

The apartment is equipped with a flat TV with satellite television, a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Bed linen, towels as well as cutlery, plates and other cooking utensils are provided. The use of our relaxation area with sauna, infrared cabin and indoor bike is included in the price.

The exact prices are available on request – we hope for your understanding that the prices vary depending on number of people, duration of stay and season (i.e. demand). We do not accept credit or bank cards. We accept cash only.

The visitor’s tax of  € 2.50 per person and day (for people of 15 years and older) is not included in the prices and is charged extra.

For short stays you have to pay a surcharge. Out of consideration for our other guests, pets and smoking are prohibited in our apartments.

On the day of arrival, you can check in at 4 p.m. and on the day of departure, we beg you to vacate your apartment by 9 a.m.

The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable. We recommend getting travel cancellation insurance. For more information see www.europaeische.at.
